Skip Rackmill,  President of the Aikido Training Institute brings a diverse back-ground to your training session.  He has been a Special Education teacher for 30 years.  Skip  currently supervisors special education student teachers at the following  universities:  University of Connecticut, Saint Josephs College, Central Connecticut State University, and the University of Hartford.  He also holds a 3rd degree black belt in the martial art AIKIDO.  He has trained hundreds of clients in stress management, conflict resolution, and self defense in his own martial art school Aikido Institute of New England since l978.

Skip has a 6th year degree in Educational Administration and Supervision.  He has an M.A. in Political Science with a concentration in Conflict Theory.  Skip has been interviewed by numerous media on his principles of integrating the martial art AIKIDO into working with businesses, police, athletes, and educators.  He has had numerous articles published in the area of conflict resolution and stress management.  Skip would be happy to show your company how he could help your organization actualize their potential.
